Conditions of Participation Facebook/Instagram

Prize Games
1. The prize game is not connected with Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook/Instagram. Do not contact Facebook! Contact partner is the Micropac GmbH. Receiver of the data and information provided by the participant is not Facebook, but the Micropac GmbH.

2. Participation at the prize game is exclusively possible under the specified conditions of participation. By participating at the prize game, the participant explicitly accepts these conditions of participation.

3. The Micropac GmbH (see site notice) hosts on the Black Leaf Paraphernalia Facebook/Instagram-website prize games for persons of age 18 and older. The period of the prize game starts with the post of Black Leaf Paraphernalia on the Facebook/Instagram-website and ends with the deadline of entries on the Facebook/Instagram–website respectively with the post of the winner.

4. All questions, comments and complaints concerning the prize game are to be addressed via e-mail to Black Leaf Paraphernalia: info@blackleaf.de

5. No payout of the prize possible! Any recourse to courts of law is excluded.

6. Eligible are all natural persons of full age on their own behalf. Proof of age can be requested at the discretion of the Micropac GmbH.

7. The participation at the prize game is free of charge and only possible via Internet on the Black Leaf Paraphernalia Facebook/Instagram-website . Micropac GmbH is not liable for technical requirements for the participation via Internet.

8. The Micropac GmbH is authorised to stop or cancel the prize game when: • During the execution, the conditions of use or directives of Facebook are changed and the execution of the prize game is disallowed according to the latest valid conditions of Facebook, • Manipulations are located and the correct execution of the prize game cannot be ensured, particularly in the case of malfunction of hardware or software, program errors, computer viruses, • Not authorized intrusions of third parties as well as mechanical, technical or legal problems are at hand.

9. Micropac staff is excluded from the participation.

10. The participation takes place via a comment on the post from Black Leaf Paraphernalia. Multiple comments are valued as one single participation. When the participant removes the comment within the period of the prize game, the participant does not participate at the draw. The winners are determined within 7 days after the end of the period of the prize game. The lucky winner of the prize draw will be chosen at random.

11. The participant complies with the publication of the participant’s name on the website of the host of the prize game in the case of winning the prize. The winners will be informed via the Facebook/Instagram comments function of the Facebook/Instagram posts. Every winner has to get in touch within 5 weekdays via e-mail at
