The activated charcoal from PURIZE® comes loose in a bag and is intended for filling activated charcoal adapters which are then inserted between the chillum and the bowl. The activated charcoal based on coconut shells is highly effective and filters a large part of the pollutants out of the smoke before you inhale it.
