Medwakh Pipe Rosewood - A Medwakh is a small smoking pipe of Arabian origin in which dokha is smoked. Dokha is an Iranian tobacco product mixed with aromatic leaf and herbs. The bowl is smaller than that of the traditional Western tobacco pipe and simply filled with the dokha tobacco by dipping into a bowl with dokha flakes. The effect of smoking tobacco in a Medwakh is usually bigger than with cigarettes as the tobacco is smoked in 2-3 hits. Therefore, the body inhales more nicotine as with the usual cigarette.
